Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. By using Soulstron, a product of SoftArtificial, you agree to these terms.
The service
Soulstron is an AI-assisted workspace that gives each of your projects persistent context - memory, files, tasks, decisions, and artifacts that carry forward across conversations.
Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use Soulstron.
Your content
You own what you create and upload in Soulstron. We process it to run the service - including sending relevant context to AI model providers to generate responses - but we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it to train models.
Acceptable use
Don't use Soulstron for anything illegal, to abuse the service (excessive automated requests, attempts to breach security), or to violate the rights of others.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer
Soulstron is provided "as is." AI-generated output can be wrong - review anything important before relying on it. We're not liable for decisions made based on Soulstron's output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
