Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026. This is a summary of how Soulstron, a product of SoftArtificial, handles your data. It's written to be clear rather than exhaustive.
What we collect
Account details (via Clerk - name, email, authentication data), the content you create in Soulstron (projects, conversations, files, memory, tasks, decisions, artifacts), and billing information (handled directly by Stripe - we never see full card numbers).
How we use it
To run the product: authenticate you, store your projects, generate AI responses grounded in your project context, and process subscription billing. We don't sell your data.
Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors to run the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and AI model providers (to generate responses - your project content is sent to them as needed to answer your requests). Each has their own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
Data isolation
Your projects are isolated to your account. Project context is never shared across users or used to respond to anyone else's conversations.
Your data, your control
You can delete projects, files, and your account at any time. Deleting an account removes the associated data from our active systems, subject to what we're required to retain for billing/legal records.
